As the designated meeting planner, you are responsible for making sure that doesn’t happen.

  • Day 1 – focused on content transfer and learning: confirmation of international event execution standards, assessment of event and conference management trends and changes, concept definition to brand standards and the planning details for the event. Execution of mini case studies and small group assignments which involves the taking and receiving of instruction and leadership.
    Outcome: An event plan will be created
  • Day 2 – focused on event execution to brand, international execution and safety standards: participants will be expected to implement what they had planned on Day 1 and this will be evaluated by a company brand professional team
    Outcome: Deliver an event suitable to the assignment selected.
